BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT – Final payment is due 30 days prior to guest arrival. All payment proceeds should be made by telegraphic transfer and should be cleared by our bank 30 days prior to any guest's arrival in PNG.

CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations 31 days or more before arrival will be fully refunded. Any cancellations 30-15 days prior to arrival will be refundable at 50%. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be non-refundable.

INSURANCE – We recommend that every guest purchase comprehensive trip cancellation, accident, medical and baggage insurance prior to their departure. Evacuation insurance is compulsory. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost baggage, airline cancellations and lost property. Guests should take trip cancellation or interruption insurance to ensure against unforeseen events for travel anywhere in PNG.

REFUNDS - Our policy dictates that there will be no refunds whatsoever within fourteen days of travel.

Note: These prices maybe subject to change.

Prices are for up to 8 nights, 9 days. Shorter treks are more exhausting, so the guides and porters are paid the same as if it had been for a longer, easier trek.

GENERAL:
Tour cost per trekker in Australian Dollars includes;

Experienced guide (Pam or Nikki)
Group porters
Food
Road transfers
Kokoda Track permit and village fees
Airfares from Port Moresby to Kokoda
Tents

The cost of a personal porter is A$490.00 which covers the porters wages, food, airfare and road transport.

WEATHER:
It should be noted that weather conditions in parts of PNG are be variable and trekking could be restricted for safety reasons. The management reserves all rights in this regard.
